Returns & Refunds

We offer easy returns on eligible products.

Return window:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (if mentioned on the product page)

Damaged / wrong item:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order number.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
